How Same-Day Restorations Actually Work
Instead of a putty impression sent off to an external laboratory, we take a digital scan of your tooth using our 3Shape Trios intraoral scanner — a small wand that captures a precise 3D map of your mouth in minutes, with no gag-inducing trays or messy material.
That digital model is used to design your crown, veneer, or inlay on-screen, matched to the exact contours of your bite and the teeth around it. Once the design is finalised, the restoration is milled from a solid block of high-strength ceramic in our in-house milling unit — while you wait in the chair.
The final step is where the artistry comes in: our stain and glazing ovens allow us to customise the shade, translucency, and surface texture of the restoration so it blends seamlessly with your natural teeth, rather than looking like an obviously “manufactured” piece slotted into your smile.
Why This Matters Beyond Convenience

It’s worth being upfront: same-day treatment suits certain cases better than others. Straightforward crowns, veneers, inlays, and onlays are excellent candidates. More complex full-mouth rehabilitations, cases involving multiple implants, or situations requiring specialist input, may still need staged appointments — not because the technology can’t handle it, but because thorough planning and healing time matter more than speed in those cases.
